D.C. Public Schools - In 2018, four schools begin the modernization process with a LEED Gold mandate and focus on promoting health and well-being.

John Lewis Elementary (DCPS) - One of the DCPS school modernizations, this story is told from the perspective of the design team as they aim for LEED Platinum, WELL Certified, and NetZero.

The Colorado Health Foundation - A health nonprofit in Denver and the first project to achieve LEED Platinum and WELL Gold with the LEED Health Process.

Balboa Park Upper Yard - An affordable housing development in Outer Mission, San Francisco aiming to combat gentrification and benefit low-income and formerly homeless individuals and families.

Maceo May - Affordable housing on Treasure Island, San Francisco, specifically intended for veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness and their families.

2060 Folsom - This project considers health, well-being, and equity for threatened by displacement in the Mission District, San Francisco

Sandia National Labs - A closed, government LEED v4 campus in Albuquerque, NM finds creative ways to promote health and connect its employees and contractors without breaching security.
